This ethos is ingrained within our current staff members who work a flexible 4-day week, undergo regular training and paid the highest rates in this industry.
We ensure that any new starter at Physio4GPS is mentored by our Senior / Junior members and become part of this team and culture on day one! At Physio4GPS we will encourage you to become not only the best version of yourself but to master your physiotherapy profession! To achieve this, we offer a graduate academy training programme which covers the core elements of physiotherapy including psychosocial, emotional and social factors. Further to this we offer funding for external CPD courses, inclusion in research programmes and development to First Contact Praticitioner (FCP) amd management opportunities.
